Perhaps, it is a sad indictment on our society that this can happen.
If one looks at SH as a modern phonomenon, yes one could argue that point Robert. However SH has threads going through all cultures, all social classes and has even been recorded in early greece....
I've just listened to a 5min radio SH in a historical context... i will post it at a later day
